In this component of the application, we will ask for contact information, demographics, employment status and current residency information.   

Applicants will upload responses to three personal statements in the application process. Responses can be uploaded either as written statements or video recordings. Written responses should be no more than 500 words each and video responses should be no more than 4 minutes long for each prompt.

1. Review our north star goal. What do you think 'futures filled with possibility' looks like for youth in your local community? Given your identities, personal and professional experiences, expertise, strengths, perspectives, and skill sets: what specific role do you play in helping achieve that aspired future?

2. Consider the pursuit of our north star goal within the context of the communities where you live and work. When you consider the systems-level change needed to advance our goal, what is one issue or opportunity that feels especially locally relevant? Bring us into the issue or opportunity, how you see it impacting our north star goal, and why it matters to you. Please be specific, and feel free to consider community issues/opportunities centered both in and outside of education.

3. How would you describe where you are in your development as a leader right now -- not in terms of your accomplishments or accolades, but in terms of where you're confident and what areas of leadership you're still growing into? How might CALL be beneficial to your development as a leader at this exact point in your trajectory, and how do you anticipate leveraging the benefits of the program to deepen your leadership? In your response, please share other professional development/leadership programs you are currently participating in (if any) and how CALL might complement those.

Within the application we will request that applicants upload a resume, CV, or professional history. This component allows us to learn more about your professional experience and your accomplishments over time. Before uploading your resume, please make sure it includes relevant work experience and educational achievements. For each professional role, please include: employer name, period of employment, title or position, a description of key responsibilities, and any notable impact, accomplishments, goals, or awards. 

Applicants will be asked to provide contact information for two professional references. For each reference, please provide the reference first and last name, email address, phone number, current title and organization, and a brief explanation of your professional relationship.  

Attendance at the in-person convenings is a required component of the CALL program. Applicants wil be asked to confirm their availability for the 10 travel dates associated with the program, listed below:

The convenings will take place across communities located within our four-state service region.
